Governance
The Board endorses and supports the best practice guidelines contained in the 2006 Financial Reporting Council’s Combined Code through its commitment to the highest standards of corporate governance. Apart from a few limited exceptions as described in the Corporate governance report, the Board believes that the Group has fully complied with the Combined Code throughout 2007.
